- Context
- Phase one of a leadership framework delivered from July to October 2024.
- Priority
- Connect organisational aspirations and individual goals, strengthen values in action, communication, proactive behaviour and team collaboration.
- Design
- A deliberate four-month journey: assessments to set a personal and collective baseline, focused training, sustained one-on-one and group coaching, and follow-up sessions to embed the learning.
- Evidence
- CloudLex's HR team reported a notable shift in how the team communicates, a stronger ability to work cohesively, a pronounced focus on the bigger picture and better sharing of perspectives with each other.
