These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of connectquotient.com.

This website provides information about Connect Quotient, its leadership philosophy, the Connect Quotient Leadership Rhythm, its facilitator collective, organisational engagements, client experiences and related insights.

References to “Connect Quotient”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Connect Quotient.

2. Informational purpose

The material on this website is provided for general informational and exploratory purposes.

It should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, psychological or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain appropriate independent professional advice before making decisions that require such expertise.

Leadership, coaching and facilitation outcomes depend on multiple factors, including the context, participation, organisational environment, sponsor involvement and actions taken by participants.

3. Conversations and engagements

Booking or attending a Leadership Alignment Conversation does not create a client, advisory, coaching, employment, partnership or contractual relationship.

Any paid engagement, programme, workshop, coaching relationship or organisational partnership will be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, agreement or other written confirmation accepted by the relevant parties.

Connect Quotient may determine, following an exploratory conversation, that a proposed engagement is not the right fit for either party.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Connect Quotient does not guarantee a particular business, financial, leadership, behavioural or organisational result from using this website, attending a conversation or participating in an engagement.

Examples, case studies, participant experiences and testimonials describe particular contexts and should not be interpreted as promises that another person or organisation will achieve the same outcome.

Figures identified as client-reported have been provided or confirmed by the relevant client or participant. They have not necessarily been independently audited by Connect Quotient.

5. Case studies, testimonials and organisational references

Client stories, testimonials, photographs, videos, organisation names and logos are presented to illustrate the nature and context of Connect Quotient’s work.

The appearance of an organisation’s name or logo does not, by itself, imply an ongoing relationship, formal endorsement or guarantee of Connect Quotient’s services.

Testimonials represent the experience and opinion of the person providing them at the relevant time.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, frameworks, programme descriptions, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, downloadable materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to Connect Quotient.

You may view and share links to publicly available pages for personal and legitimate professional purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Present Connect Quotient content as your own

An exploratory conversation will be treated respectfully and with professional discretion. However, formal confidentiality obligations applicable to a coaching or organisational engagement will arise only where they are included in an applicable written agreement or expressly confirmed in writing.

The website may contain links to or embedded services provided by Calendly, LinkedIn, YouTube, Ease and Flow Dialogues and other third parties.

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Connect Quotient does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy or content of independently operated third-party services.

A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of every statement, product or service appearing on the external website.

10. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page will always be complete, error-free or continuously available.

Programmes, facilitator availability, engagement structures, website content and other information may be updated or withdrawn without prior notice.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Connect Quotient will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising solely from:

  • Reliance on general website information
  • Temporary website unavailability
  • Use of an external website or third-party service

Information provided through the Calendly booking experience is also subject to Calendly’s applicable privacy practices.

Any dispute relating exclusively to the use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any separate client or programme agreement may contain its own governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.
