The flagship offering
A sustained rhythm for the priority your organisation cannot afford to leave to chance
The Connect Quotient Leadership Rhythm is a 13-week to 12-month organisational partnership. It combines weekly facilitated conversations, workplace application, sponsor participation and progress evidence around one defined business or leadership priority.
Who it is for
The Leadership Rhythm is designed for organisations that want more than a short intervention and are prepared to support regular participation.
- A cohort of 30 or more senior and middle leaders
- An executive or senior-leadership group of at least 10 leaders
- A business unit working on one shared priority
- A CEO, business head or accountable sponsor willing to remain involved
- Leaders ready to practise between sessions and bring evidence back

The rhythm in practice
Consistency across rooms, regions and screens
The Leadership Rhythm can continue across locations without losing the shared priority, weekly practice or connection between leaders.

The engagement architecture
Sponsor alignment
The CEO, business head or decision maker defines the present reality, the desired outcome, the leadership context and the conditions for success.
Leadership interviews
Selected leaders share operating realities, recurring patterns and perspectives that may not be visible from the top.
Baseline and goals
The cohort establishes a starting point, participant intentions and business-linked measures of progress.
Weekly 90-minute rhythm
Leaders work with live situations, test new responses and return with workplace evidence.
Integration practices
Three Acknowledgements, One Insight One Practice One Proof, short challenges and organisation-specific experiments keep learning active.
Monthly alignment and discernment
The sponsor and Connect Quotient examine what is working, what is not, what needs attention and what should happen next.
Progress documentation
Cohort patterns, participation indicators, practices and evidence are recorded without disclosing private coaching conversations.
Final impact presentation
The engagement concludes with the starting context, actions, observed movement, workplace evidence and recommendations for sustaining the rhythm.
Engagement horizons
13 weeks
Minimum foundation cycle for one clearly defined priority
Six months
Recommended horizon for deeper practice and early integration
Nine months
Extended application across changing business conditions
Twelve months

What stays consistent and what is customised
What stays consistent
- One meaningful priority per engagement cycle
- A weekly rhythm of conversation and workplace application
- Trust, values and accountability as operating levers
- Blameless discernment
- Regular sponsor participation
- Cohort-level progress evidence
- A commitment to integration rather than topic coverage
What is customised
- The business or leadership priority
- The organisation's values and language
- The cohort and leadership levels
- The live situations and workplace experiments
- The mix of group coaching, workshops and individual coaching
- The measures used to observe progress
- The duration, facilitator team and digital learning resources
We customise the conversation, not the commitment to rhythm.
A private digital environment for every cohort
Each participating organisation receives a private cohort space powered by Ease and Flow Dialogues. Access is restricted to the nominated leaders and configured around the organisation's priority, values and agreed practices.

Confidentiality and sponsor visibility
Sponsors receive cohort-level themes, participation patterns, agreed progress indicators and voluntarily shared breakthroughs. Private coaching disclosures remain confidential. This boundary protects trust while maintaining organisational accountability.
Explore the rhythm required for your priority
A useful starting conversation covers the outcome, the leaders involved, the current operating reality and the level of organisational commitment available.
